The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) says the recent ruling of the Supreme Court on issues surrounding the congresses that produced its executives in Rivers State have nothing to do with its candidates for the 2019 elections.  It further said its governorship candidate, Tonye Cole, his running mate, Victor Giadom, its senatorial candidates, Asita Asita, Rivers West, Andrew Uchendu, Rivers East, and Oji Ngofa, Rivers South East, and all other candidates have been processed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).  In a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Issa-Onilu, the APC explained that "in view of conflicting interpretations that have greeted the recent verdict of the Supreme Court on the contentions among our members in Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), it has become necessary to clarify that the Supreme Court's verdict has nothing to do with  the primaries conducted for the g...
